Return & Refund Policy (7 Days)

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, you have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or refund.

Eligible for Return/Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The item is defective
  • The item is not as described

To start a return, email me within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

I respond within 48 hours.

Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Returns or refunds are not offered for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Requests made after the 7‑day window

Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • You may be asked to return the item (case‑by‑case)
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local carrier. I cannot replace orders stolen after delivery.
